!Hola¡ soy Jenny.  I'm thrilled to introduce you to the delightful  world of cake artristry. At Pasteles y Más (pronouced pa•steh•luhs ee mahs)  we blend bold  Mexican and American sabores , while using fresh and high quality ingredients by crafting edible art that ignites your taste buds. 

at a young age making my first cake out of a box mix and a few ingredients. I was captivated by the process of having different ingredients, mixing them all together, adding heat by baking them, having the end result being a  delicious pastel. Once I became a teenager I discovered the show  Ace of Cakes,  and that show ignited the artist in me. 

In my mid 20's I took the initiative to pursue my passion and make it my career, after realizing that I wasn't happy pursuing a medical career,which I was only doing so because that is what my parents wanted me to do. In my late 20's I was honered to work in bakeries and high end resturants wth great leaders and chefs. 

After becoming a mamá during Covid my world shifted, both professionally  and personally.Which resulted in me to take a leap of faith and open my business and make pasteles and postres my way.
